- Beef chuck roast - 0 lbs
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Barbecue sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.

Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.

Sprinkle with ground paprika.

Sprinkle with dried basil.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dried rosemary.
Step 6
Brush with barbecue sauce.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 355°F.
