Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast - 2 lbs
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Green Butter - 1 bunch
- TABASCO® - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle the meat with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ground paprika.
Step 4
Apply the chipotle sauce.
Step 5
Sprinkle with dried basil.
Step 6
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 7
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 8
Lay the meat in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Put in the oven for 1 hour at 356°F.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and garnish with lettuce.
