- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Rosemary - to taste
- Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Beef chuck roast - 24.7 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1 piece
- Mixed salad greens - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ground paprika.
Step 4
Sprinkle with rosemary.
Step 5
Apply curry sauce to the meat.
Step 6
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 7
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 8
Place the meat in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Put in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 10
Unwrap the foil and place the meat on the parchment. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Garnish with herbs and cherry tomatoes before serving.
