- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Parsley - 9.9 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 3 tablespoons
- Champagne Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes - 0.5 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Generously rub the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the meat in the skillet and sear for 5–8 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes.
