  • Beef chuck roast - 2 lbs
  • Adyghe cheese - to taste
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Pesto - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried Rosemary - to taste
  • Parsley - 1 bunch

Wash and dry the meat.
