Beef Brisket with Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast - 2 lbs
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Pesto - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Rosemary - to taste
- Parsley - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with ground paprika.
Step 4
Sprinkle with ground oregano.
Step 5
Apply the pesto sauce.
Step 6
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 7
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 356°F.
Step 9
Remove from the oven and unwrap the foil.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish for serving with pesto sauce and parsley.
