- Onion - 3.2 oz
- Veal Tenderloin - 9.9 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1.2 oz
- Spanish onions - 0.7 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.1 oz
- Hamburger Bun - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Pickles - 1.1 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
- TABASCO® - 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Water - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the beef tenderloin and onion through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add 20 ml of water to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, add the chicken egg, mix thoroughly, and beat the mixture several times by gathering it into a ball and dropping it onto a cutting board.
Step 3
Form the mixture into 2 flat round patties and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side in sunflower oil, then bake in the oven at 356°F for 13 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the buns in half and toast them in the oven with the patties for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Dice the fresh and pickled cucumbers and mix with 50 grams of mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and TABASCO.
Step 6
Tear the lettuce into pieces and place it on the bun, spread the sauce over the lettuce, slice the tomatoes into 0.5 cm thick rings and place them on the sauce, and add thin rings or slices of red onion on top of the tomatoes.
Step 7
Place the patty on top, cover with the bun, and serve.
