- Irish Whiskey - 3 tablespoons
- Spanish onions - 1.4 oz
- Blue Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Cayenne Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 fl oz

Step 1
If you can't chop the meat by hand, grind it using a meat grinder with a coarse plate. Mix the ground meat with crumbled blue cheese, mustard, very finely chopped onion (an alternative option is to caramelize the onion in a small amount of oil first), salt, pepper, oil, whiskey, and ice-cold water. Knead thoroughly and beat the mixture against the bottom of the bowl. This is an essential procedure that should not be neglected. Leave it in the refrigerator for one to three hours. After resting, beat the mixture again and flatten it in the bowl. Then, without removing it from the bowl, divide it into equal portions and shape the burgers. This division will allow you to form patties of equal size, which is convenient and will help them cook evenly. And aesthetics, we can't forget about that. Shape the patties with wet hands, gently pressing the meat. You can bread them in flour, but well-beaten meat does not need additional binding, so this step can be skipped. Heat a skillet with olive oil very well and fry the burgers until browned. Serve immediately or let them rest under foil for a few minutes. Serve on toasted buns or separately.

Thinly slice the red onion, lightly salt it, and add the marinade from the capers. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain the marinade. Add olive oil, pepper, and capers, mix, and place on top of the burgers.

For the potato side: boiled and cooled potatoes, olive oil, salt. Cut the potatoes crosswise into slices about 1 cm thick. Place in a single layer on a hot skillet with oil and fry until browned. Flip once and serve, seasoned with salt.
Step 4
For the salad: a mix of salad greens, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, pine nuts, salt.
