Ingredients
- Breadcrumbs - 7.1 oz
- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Kefir - 2 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground beef, salt, pepper, and kefir, then shape into thin cutlets about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, dip the cutlet in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs, repeating this 3 times.
Step 3
Place on a well-heated skillet with enough oil.
Step 4
Fry on both sides over low heat for about 15 minutes each.
Step 5
Serve with sauce.
