Ingredients
- Beef - 24.7 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the beef well, remove excess moisture, and dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut the meat into thin strips with a sharp knife.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 4
In a well-heated skillet, pour in sunflower oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 5
Add the beef to the skillet, stir well. Cover the meat and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
Step 6
Peel the carrot and chop it into small cubes.
Step 7
Add the carrot to the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Season with khmeli-suneli.
Step 9
Press the garlic through a press and sauté for another 2 minutes until ready.
Step 10
Serve with any side dish.
