- Campbell's Beef Broth - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 3.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the meat into pieces, sprinkle with salt, and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
In a pot, place a layer of chopped sautéed onions, then the pieces of fried meat, followed by another layer of onions. Repeat for 2–3 layers. Then pour in the broth, add salt, peppercorns, and the bay leaf, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
Step 3
The meat can be served with a side dish - fluffy buckwheat (or rice) porridge, boiled potatoes, or a mixed side dish.
