  • Beef - 28.2 oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - to taste
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces. Place the meat in a shallow non-metallic bowl, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and meat spices to taste and let sit for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Arrange on a baking sheet lined with foil, and top with finely chopped bell pepper.

Step 3

Bake at 392°F for 12–15 minutes.
