Description
Basmati rice is the best side dish.
Ingredients
- Shallot - 7 pieces
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1.8 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green peppercorns - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly freeze the beef, then slice it thinly across the grain.
Step 2
Grate the ginger, finely chop the garlic, cut the celery diagonally into 1 cm strips, cut the bell pepper into 2 cm diamonds, peel the shallots and cut them lengthwise into 2-3 large pieces.
Step 3
For the sauce, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok, sauté the ginger and garlic, pour in all the soy sauce, add the ground black pepper, and simmer, stirring, over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then transfer the sauce to another container and set aside.
Step 5
Heat the remaining oil in the wok, sauté the beef until browned (about 10 minutes), add the celery, bell pepper, and shallots, and stir-fry everything constantly over high heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the meat, reduce the heat, mix well, and cook for another 3 minutes.
