Rinse the meat (thin or thick flank), clean it of tendons, cut it into portion-sized pieces, and pound with a meat mallet.
Step 2
Sprinkle the pounded pieces of meat with salt and pepper, dip them in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs on both sides.

Then, place the meat in a heavily heated pan with oil and fry until fully cooked (10–12 minutes).
Step 4
