- Onion - 4 heads
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Veal Tenderloin - 35.3 oz
- Coarse Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Duck Breast - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade. In a blender or food processor, puree the peeled onions, then strain through a sieve (or simply squeeze through cheesecloth). Add the juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, and cumin to the resulting juice and mix.
Step 2
Cut the beef into cubes about 3 cm and immerse in the marinade. Marinating time is about half an hour.
Step 3
Slice the duck breast into pieces about 3–4 mm thick.
Step 4
Thread the meat onto skewers (metal or bamboo), alternating pieces of beef with slices of duck breast.
Step 5
Grill over hot coals for 2–3 minutes on each side (this kebab has 4 sides).
