Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into strips and marinate with spices (2 g of garlic, 5 ml of soy sauce, 5 ml of sesame oil, 2 g of paprika, and 2 g of sugar) for 2 hours. Next, prepare the sauce for the rice: in a separate bowl, mix gochujang paste, 15 g of sugar, 10 g of honey, 10 ml of sesame oil, 3 g of sesame seeds, and Heinz ketchup. Mix thoroughly until smooth and add to the pre-cooked rice.

Then sauté everything together with the marinated meat.
Step 3
Prepare a carrot salad: grate the carrots into thin strips, let them sit for 30 minutes, then squeeze out the excess moisture. Finely chop the garlic (1.5 g) and add it to the carrots. Also add coriander (1 g), red pepper (1 g), paprika (1 g), garlic (1.5 g), salt (2.5 g), sugar (2.5 g), and vegetable oil (15 g), and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Prepare a cucumber kuxi salad: cut the cucumber into half-moons and let it sit for 30 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the shredded carrots. Also add coriander (1 g), red pepper (1 g), paprika (1 g), garlic (1.5 g), salt (2.5 g), sugar (2.5 g), vegetable oil (15 g), and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Place the resulting mixture on a sheet of wheat lavash along with a leaf of iceberg lettuce, add a carrot salad and cucumber salad, as well as fresh tomatoes. Wrap everything in the lavash and lightly toast in a dry skillet.
