- Beef Kidneys - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the onion, wash it well, and cut it into large pieces.

Peel the carrot, wash it well under running water, and cut it into large pieces.
Step 4
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Place the pan on the heat.

Add the onion and carrot to the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid and sauté the onion and carrot until cooked, stirring occasionally.

Wash the liver well, removing all membranes and veins.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

When the onion and carrot are cooked, add the liver pieces to the pan and sauté briefly on both sides.

Add salt, pepper, and cream to the pan. Mix everything, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the liver is cooked.
