Description

For this recipe, you can also use pickled cucumbers. If using beef liver from an adult animal, you can remove the membranes. Chicken liver can also be used here. No salt is added because the brine from the cucumbers and the cucumbers themselves contain salt.

  • Beef Kidneys - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 3 heads
  • Pickled Cauliflower - 1 jar
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons

Prepare the ingredients: wash the liver and take the cucumbers out of the jar.
