  • 20% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Dill - to taste
  • Scallions - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Rinse the liver and remove any connective tissue.
