Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys - 21.2 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Scallions - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Serve at the table, sprinkled with finely chopped dill and green onions.

Rinse the liver and remove any connective tissue.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion.

Sauté the onion in butter until it turns golden brown.

Add the liver to the skillet with the onions.

Sauté for about 5–7 minutes, until the liver loses its red color.

Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
