  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 3.5 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
  • Sumac - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 2.6 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Arugula - to taste
