Beef mince with tomatoes and cinnamon
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Red Grape Juice - 7 fl oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 2 pieces
- Oregano - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a deep skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the ground beef. I prefer beef, but you can use any type. Add spices: salt and pepper. Sauté the meat until it turns an even brown color.
Step 3
Add the wine and canned tomatoes along with their juice. Add oregano, cinnamon, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Serve well with pasta or rice.
