Ingredients
- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Rye Bread - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mince the meat using a meat grinder.
Step 10
Crush the dried crusts into crumbs.
Step 11
Form patties from the meat mixture.
Step 12
Coat the patties in breadcrumbs and place them on a baking sheet, pouring a little water (in a thin layer) at the bottom. Preheat the oven to 392°F. Place the patties in the oven for half an hour.

Remove the crusts from the bread.
Step 3
Crumble the bread, pour water over it, and let it soak.
Step 4
Chop the onion and add it to the minced meat.
Step 5
Transfer the softened bread into the meat mixture, having previously crumbled it.

Mix until homogeneous.

Add salt to taste.

Optionally, you can add a little freshly ground black pepper.

Dry the bread crusts in the oven.
