  • Veal Tenderloin - 21.2 oz
  • Pork fat - 7.1 oz
  • Goat cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Pass the meat and pork fat through a meat grinder.
