Description
These patties are moderately spicy and flavorful, and the aroma is simply magical.
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
- TABASCO® - 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Olive Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a mortar, combine coriander, curry, salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil. Grind well with a pestle (I used whole coriander and ground it myself — the aroma is incredible!) Pass the onion and meat through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Combine the ground meat with the spices and add the TABASCO® sauce. Form the patties and fry them in a well-heated skillet with olive oil until cooked through.
