Ingredients

  • Beef - 12.3 oz
  • Rice - 8.8 oz
  • Carrot - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Chickpea - 3.5 oz
  • Water - 10 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 5 teaspoons
  • Pilaf Spices - 0.4 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the carrot into thick strips.

Slice the onion into half-moons.
