Ingredients
- Beef - 12.3 oz
- Rice - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chickpea - 3.5 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 5 teaspoons
- Pilaf Spices - 0.4 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - ½ spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into thick strips.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Step 4
Trim the tip off the garlic head to expose the cloves.
Step 5
Cut the beef into cubes.
Step 6
Pour the oil into the slow cooker.
Step 7
Place the meat, onion, and carrot in the multicooker. Start the 'Sauté' mode for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, add the raisins, chickpeas, spices, and garlic. Stir well.
