- Thick Beef Rib - 10.6 oz
- Mashed Potatoes - 5.3 oz
- Chicken bones - 3.5 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 7 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat and preheat it.
Step 2
Pour in the vegetable oil and then add the rib.
Step 3
Sear on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Pour in water and transfer to the oven for 3–4 hours at a temperature of 356°F.
Step 5
Afterward, strain the broth from the rib and combine it with the duck bones.
Step 6
Add the red wine.
Step 7
Reduce until thickened. The sauce is ready.
Step 8
On a plate, place the mashed potatoes.
Step 9
Next to it, add the rib.
Step 10
Drizzle with sauce and serve.
