Description
Beef ribs are stewed for a long time, unlike pork. Beef loves butter very much. The onions will dissolve during cooking, and the apples will provide acidity and aroma, but they should be added much later; otherwise, like the onions, they will dissolve in the broth. You can check the readiness of the ribs with a knife or try to remove the bone.
