Beef Ribs with Herb and Garlic Crust

Ingredients

  • Thick Beef Rib - 8 lbs
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin leaves - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Mix the chopped parsley, cumin, garlic, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Rub the mixture onto the meat and place it on a baking sheet. Do not cover or add water. Bake in the oven for 2 hours 20 minutes for medium doneness and for 2 hours 45 minutes for well done.

Step 2

Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and wrap them in foil. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Cut into portions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
