Ingredients
- Thick Beef Rib - 2 pieces
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Orange Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Marinated cherries - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle the meat with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with paprika.
Step 4
Apply the orange sauce to the meat.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 6
Place the meat in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place it on parchment paper.
Step 8
Put it in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 9
Take it out of the oven after 1 hour and unwrap the foil.
Step 10
Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Garnish with the tomato before serving.
