- Thick Beef Rib - 1 piece
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Marinated cherries - 1 cup
- Iceberg Lettuce - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide

Wash and dry the meat.

Season with Adyghe salt.

Season the ribs with khmeli-suneli.

Wrap the ribs in foil.

Wash and peel the pumpkin, then slice it into rounds.
