Ingredients

  • Beef - 7.1 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 5 pieces
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Green Butter - 1 bunch
  • Quail Egg - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pre-cook the beef in salted water for about 1.5 hours.

Step 2

Let it cool in the broth.

Step 3

Then remove and slice into thin strips or pieces.

Boil the eggs hard for 5 minutes, cool, peel, and cut in half.

Step 5

Wash all vegetables and greens, and dry them.

Step 6

Peel the onion and slice it into half rings.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the cucumber into rounds.

Tear the lettuce leaves by hand.

Step 9

For the dressing, mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of mild mustard, 1 chopped clove of garlic, salt, pepper, and spices to taste.

On a plate, arrange the lettuce leaves, meat, eggs, cucumber, and tomatoes, and drizzle with the dressing.
