- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Barbecue sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Dill - 1 bunch

Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Season with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle with ground coriander.
Step 4
Brush with barbecue sauce.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil.
Step 6
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 7
Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Put in a preheated oven at 392°F for 1 hour.
Step 9
Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, place on parchment, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven, garnish with dill and barbecue sauce before serving.
