Ingredients
- Beef Cheeks - 2 lbs
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Milk Oolong - 0.4 oz
- Sparkling water - 5 fl oz
- Lemon - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water and cut it into cubes about 3-5 cm. Transfer the meat to a deep bowl.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings and grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 3
Add the tea, salt, pepper, sliced onion, garlic, and mineral water to the meat. Also, add the lemon juice.
Step 4
Mix everything thoroughly so that the tea leaves absorb moisture and start to release their aroma. The green milk oolong tea will give the meat a delicate creamy aftertaste.
Step 5
Place the meat in the refrigerator to marinate for 3-6 hours.
Step 6
Grill the marinated meat over hot coals, skewering it on skewers or placing it on a grill rack.
