Ingredients
- Veal Shoulder - 2 lbs
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Lingonberry - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece

Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Sprinkle the meat with Adyghe salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with ground paprika.
Step 4
Spread the meat with lingonberry sauce.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil and place it in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Put the meat in a preheated oven at 392°F.
Step 7
After 1 hour, remove the meat from the oven and unwrap the foil.
Step 8
Transfer the meat from the foil to the dish on the parchment.
Step 9
Return to the oven at a temperature of 356°F.
Step 10
After 15 minutes, remove the meat from the oven. Garnish with slices of cucumber before serving.
