- Beef - 15.9 oz
- Rice - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove tough tendons and membranes from the meat and boil over medium heat until cooked.
Step 2
Prepare a sticky porridge from the rice using water.
Step 3
Pass the boiled beef and porridge through a meat grinder a couple of times.
Step 4
Separate the yolks and add them to the mixture, also adding half of the butter. Mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites separately until stiff peaks form and fold them into the meat mixture.
Step 6
Prepare a pan with high sides, greasing it with fat. Place it in the oven.
Step 7
Drizzle the finished soufflé with melted butter.
