Beef Steak in Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- Steaks - 2 lbs
- Thai Bird's Eye Chili - 4 pieces
- Yakiniku sauce - 1 fl oz
- Adyghe cheese - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Mixed salad greens - to taste
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the chili peppers.
Step 2
Mix the teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 3
Slice the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 5
Cut the meat into steaks 1.5–2 cm thick.
Step 6
Brush the steaks with the sauce mixture.
Step 7
Sprinkle the steaks with Adyghe salt.
Step 8
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 9
Top each steak with half a pepper.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 25 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from the oven, take off the peppers, flip the steaks, and return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Garnish with salad leaves and cherry tomatoes before serving.
