Rinse the meat (beef tenderloin), remove the tendons, cut across the grain into pieces weighing about 100-150 g, lightly pound, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place in a heavily heated skillet with oil or in a shallow pot, and fry on both sides until fully cooked (10-15 minutes).
Step 2
Transfer the finished steak to a plate, drizzle with juice and oil, and serve with fried potatoes and grated horseradish that has been peeled and rinsed. You can also serve cucumbers, pickles, or salad on the side.
