Beef Steak with Quail Egg
Ingredients
- Lean Beef - 33.5 oz
- Quail Egg - 10 pieces
- Beans - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the soaked and squeezed bread to the prepared ground beef, then add the sautéed onion (fried in vegetable oil until golden brown).
Step 2
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 150—160 ˚C. Mix the ground beef and form small round patties about 1.5—2 cm thick. Make a small indentation on top, place on a greased baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the baking sheet and crack a quail egg on top of each beef steak. Return to the oven for another 5—7 minutes. Serve on the table, garnished with herbs and fresh vegetables.
