Description
Beef Steak with Spinach
Ingredients
- Steaks - 5.3 oz
- Spinach - 4 bunches
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a piece of beef about 1.5 cm thick, season with salt and pepper on both sides, and place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Although steak is usually not marinated, this method allows you to enjoy not just meat, but aromatic meat.
Step 2
Prepare the spinach: wash and dry it.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to a skillet, place the spinach in the skillet, and sauté for about 8-10 minutes until partially cooked, seasoning with salt to taste.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix 1 egg with the minced 2 cloves of garlic and add it to the partially cooked spinach. Continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Heat the skillet very hot. Brush the steak with a drop of olive oil on both sides. Cook the steak for 4 minutes on each side (if you prefer medium-well).
Step 6
After the meat is cooked, let it rest for 2 minutes. During cooking, all the juices in the meat gather in the center, and to ensure the steak is juicy, you need to give the juices time to 'diffuse'.
