  • Beef chuck roast - 31.7 oz
  • Mandarins - 4 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the mandarin juice, finely chopped zest, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and ginger.

Cut the meat into 2 steaks and place them in the marinade. Stir and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Preheat the grill.
