Ingredients

  • Salt - ¾ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - ½ spoons
  • Oregano - 2 spoons
  • Veal Tenderloin - 24.7 oz
  • Olive Oil - 5 teaspoons
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 spoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper, and sear them on both sides in a shallow pan with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2

While the steaks are cooking, blend roughly chopped parsley and oregano with fresh lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the sauce.

Step 3

Place the cooked steaks on plates, cover with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with the prepared herb and lemon juice sauce.
