Description

This dish is very simple to prepare, despite the number of steps. Everything is straightforward: cut the meat and vegetables, stew them, and serve. If you don't have boiled potatoes, you can add raw potatoes when the meat is almost cooked, just before adding the tomatoes, and they will cook in time. As for the rice, you can cook it simultaneously with the meat; it's very easy: add rinsed rice to boiling salted water and cook until done, then drain and rinse in a colander. You can also skip the rice if you prefer. The classic dish includes sliced pickled cucumber along with hot sauce, but this is a matter of taste, as it adds a specific sourness to the sauce.   • Potato - 1 piece
  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Boiled White Round Rice - 5 oz
