Ingredients
- Beef - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Canned Pork with Beans - 1 can
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Pickles - 3 pieces
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings and the bell pepper into strips. Add to the meat and simmer.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the meat and quickly stir.
Step 4
Dice the tomatoes and add them along with the beans to the meat. Stir and simmer for a few more minutes.
Step 5
Slice the remaining half of the lemon and add it to the meat. If necessary, add a little water. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Add the sliced pickles and olives, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
