Description

This simple dish reveals its flavor thanks to the beer. If you do not consume alcohol and are hesitant to cook with it, you can use non-alcoholic beer instead. The key to this dish is not to stir the cooking vegetables with the meat to maintain their integrity. By the way, you can use cauliflower or broccoli instead of Brussels sprouts if you prefer.   • Beef Goulash - 2 lbs
  • Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes - 8 pieces
  • Brussels Sprouts - 17.6 oz
  • Scallions - 3 stalks
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Beer - 17 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
