- Beef - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - to taste
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into pieces and marinate in soy sauce with garlic.
Step 2
While the meat is marinating, dice the carrot and slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 3
Sauté the beef for about 3–5 minutes to remove excess moisture. Add the carrot and onion and sauté for another five minutes. Add a little water, about 50 ml, and pepper, and salt if necessary.
Step 4
Simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
