Description
For a side dish, you can use potatoes, rice, or buckwheat.
Ingredients
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the beef, pat it dry, and slice it into pieces.
Step 2
Place the slices of meat between two layers of plastic wrap and pound them.
Step 3
Cut the pounded meat into thin strips against the grain.
Step 4
Peel the onion and slice it into rings, then cut the rings into quarters.
Step 5
In a heated skillet with oil, add the onion, season with salt and a little pepper, and sauté until soft.
Step 6
Sprinkle the sautéed onions with flour and stir well.
Step 7
Add sour cream and tomato sauce (to taste) to the onions and mix well.
Step 8
Bring the sour cream mixture to a boil and add a little water (enough to ensure the sauce is neither too thick nor too thin).
Step 9
Simmer the sauce gently, stirring constantly, until it reaches the desired thickness and a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 10
Heat another skillet well, add a little oil, and place the meat in it (you can fry the meat in batches instead of all at once, but it's not necessary).
Step 11
Sauté the meat until cooked through, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 12
Transfer the sautéed meat to the sauce, stir, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.
