  • Fresh basil leaves - 1.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Veal Tenderloin - 4.6 oz
  • 33% Cream - 3 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the onion into strips, mushrooms into 6 pieces, and meat into sticks.

Step 2

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil, add the meat, and then the mushrooms.

Step 3

Add the cream, reduce the pepper, and then add the sour cream.

Step 4

Blend the basil with olive oil and mix it with the puree.
