Ingredients
- Onion - 3 heads
- Veal Tenderloin - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef across the grain into slices about 5-6 cm wide, tenderize, season with salt and pepper. Then cut into strips along the grain.
Step 2
In a deep skillet over high heat, fry the meat until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the flour and, stirring constantly over high heat, fry the meat for another 5-6 minutes.
Step 4
Slice the champignons thinly and cut the onion into half-rings. Melt the butter in the skillet and sauté the onion until soft over low heat.
Step 5
Add the champignons to the onion and simmer until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
Step 6
Combine the champignons with the mustard and sour cream, mix well, add 2 cups of water, and simmer for a couple more minutes. Add the meat to the resulting sauce, stir, and reduce the heat to low, cooking for about 25-30 minutes.
