- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the sliced meat in salted water for 1 hour. Drain the meat broth into a bowl and save it (it will be useful later).
Step 2
Cut the bell peppers into long slices and sauté them in sunflower oil for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add finely chopped onion to the almost cooked bell peppers. Simmer with the lid on until all ingredients are soft. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a separate dish.
Step 4
Next, prepare the meat. Sauté the meat in sunflower oil, adding the meat broth. When the meat is fully cooked, add the vegetables, pineapple, and mix everything with a sauce made from mayonnaise and pineapple juice (from the can of canned pineapple — 100 grams) and spices. The dish is ready.
