Ingredients
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Brandy - 1 teaspoon
- Danish Blue Cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Lean Beef - 21.2 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 4 teaspoons
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Mix softened butter, mustard, and brandy. Then fold in the blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare the beef. Form 2 oval patties. Sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons of parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Gently press the patties with the flat side of a knife, flip them over, and sprinkle the other side with parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper.
