Description
You can substitute the tongue with boiled beef. The quantity of ingredients depends on personal preferences — to make the salad juicier, add more tomatoes; cheese and pepper will add spiciness. Croutons can be made at home or purchased. To prevent the croutons from being too crunchy in the salad, you can spread mayonnaise on each layer.
Ingredients
- Croutons - 3.5 oz
- Beef tongue - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the boiled beef tongue into strips, grate the boiled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Dice the tomatoes.
Step 2
Evenly distribute half of the croutons on the bottom of the dish, then add all the sliced tongue and spread a layer of mayonnaise on top. Layer the remaining croutons, followed by the eggs, and again spread mayonnaise on the salad. The final layer consists of tomatoes, mayonnaise, and cheese. You can garnish the finished salad with the remaining tomato pieces.
